Movement allows us to tap into a deeper lived experience of time. Movement can be a ritualistic practice that grounds us in presence and deepens our belonging to nature.
Mindful movement allows us to align with the beautiful seasons of the more-than-human world and feel more connected to our bodies and our animal presence.
We’ll be hosting events and weekend-long camps exploring different forms of ‘deep time’ movement that allow us to reconnect our mind and body, while cultivating our essential belonging, together in community.
